Prices
Price adjustment unfortunately necessary
Dear guests,
Due to significant cost increases—particularly in energy, wages, and from our suppliers—it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to absorb these additional costs entirely. As a result, we
must pass on a portion of the price increases to our guests. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Bergbahn Unlimited – Included in Summer & Autumn
During summer and autumn, Bergbahn Unlimited is included in the price.
You can use all eight mountain and chair lifts in the Kleinwalsertal and Oberstdorf free of charge.
In winter, our guests receive a 10% discount on ski passes during the promotional periods of the mountain railways — valid for stays of at least 3 nights.
Rates for Double, Family, and Single Rooms
Prices are per room and per day, including breakfast buffet.
Children on an extra bed up to and including 5 years stay free of charge.

Ages 6–14: 40% of the regular price

Ages 14 and above: 80% of the regular price
Short Stay Surcharge
€10.00 per room and per day for stays of 1 or 2 nights.
Rates for Holiday Apartments
Prices are per day for 4 people, excluding breakfast buffet.
Our holiday apartments can also be booked as hotel apartments.
Bread roll delivery service or breakfast buffet can be added – please ask us for details!
All prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax of €4.40 per person and day (from age 14).
For bookings, we kindly ask for a deposit of 25% of the invoice amount
to be paid within 14 days.
